i) ISO 9001

It is a most popular standard which can be achieved by any Organization of any type, size and turnover. ISO 9001 has become as minimum requirement for Organization to get new business nowadays.

ii) ISO 14001

This standard focuses on impact of our product, processes and activities on environment. It promotes reduction of pollution and optimum utilization of resources. Apart from Aspect Impact Study and Risk Assessment other highlights are legal compliances and emergency preparedness.

iii) ISO 45001

It focuses on identifying safety issues.HIRA (HAZARD IDENTIFICATION AND RISK ASSESSMENT) is key activity so that non-acceptable hazards and risks can be removed from the system. It also focuses on legal compliances, safety practices, monitoring of safety parameters. This standard prepares organization to face any natural calamities, accidents and man-made events.

iv) ISO 22000

This standard focuses on preparation of safe food to be consumed. PRP and HACCP are key measures of this standard. HACCP ensures control on critical points of physical, chemical and biological hazards. This standard is restricted to food chain only.

v) ISO 27001

It promotes information security of customers and organizations. It gives more than 100 controls to protect data and information from misuse or loss of data. Many banks, BPO’s and MNC’s are targeting this standard.

vi) ISO 50001

It focuses on energy assessment / analysis to identify areas of energy saving & conversion, legal issues related to EnMS & infrastructure, Emergencies related to EnMS & actions on emergencies, Formation / implementation of policy, objectives & other related documents of EnMS.

vii) IATF 16949

This is implemented by any Organization in Automobile chain.Various core tools like PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA and FMEA are used in this standard. Automobile OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies generally go for this certification.

viii) BRC, FSSC, HACCP

These are standards related to food industry. HACCP is fundamental standard for hazards and risks. ISO/FSSC 22000 is standard popular in European and American Countries. BRC-British Retail Consortium is standard used by those food industries who wish to supply in UK and European Countries.

ix) NBA & NAAC

These are national standards applicable for education sectors. Education Institute in the field of Pharmacy, Technical, Engineering and other Typical Colleges etc. undergo for this standard. These are other national standards and systems which are helping education institute to grow better.

x) 5S

5S are Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke. 5S are five Japanese words used for neatness, housekeeping and organized workplace. We adopt systematic approach to ensure proper housekeeping and workplace management.

Lean Management System is used to streamline processes to make them more effective. It eliminates 7 types of wastes from the system and converts system to Lean and compact System.
